Organised major courses and conferences from 1996 to date, participating in many additional national and international medical education courses, workshops, training courses and meetings.

Established Quality Management programmes in various hospitals and educational institutions in Saudi Arabia. Also founder of the Medical Secretary and Transcription Diploma Programme, considered to be the first of its kind in the Gulf Cooperative Countries and now one of the most in-demand and successful vocational programmes in Saudi Arabia.
