Subscribers in Canada must add 7% to the subscription price, to allow for GST. Subscribers in Europe must quote their VAT registration number or state that they are not registered. Subscribers in the following countries are not VAT-registered must add VAT at the appropriate rate: Belgium (6% TVA/BTW), France (2.1% TVA), Germany (7% MWST), Spain (4% IVA), The Netherlands (6% BTW).

Despatch

IJPHC is despatched within the UK by IMPG Distributions Services Post, within Europe by air mail, and to other continents by various forms of air-speeded delivery, to the US by air freight for forwarding by IMPG Distributions Services Post *, to India by air freight for guaranteed local delivery, and to all other countries by accelerated surface post. Add to the cost of a regular subscription £8.00 for airmail delivery outside Europe.
